Steff Wright, Chairman
Steff is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Gusto Group. He started his first company as a mobile DJ at the age of 17 and has always had an enthusiasm for developing businesses and innovating in different sectors. Steff was inspired by the Rio Summit in 1992 and has pioneered sustainability in his ventures ever since, building low energy homes and empowering those communities to live more sustainably. Steff and his family switched to a plant-based diet in 2018 and he tries to live the sustainable lifestyle which he promotes through his businesses.

Sean Conway, Managing Director
With a wealth of experience in the manufacturing sector, Sean’s journey has taken him across the United Kingdom and throughout Europe where he has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the industry.
Throughout his career, Sean has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of manufacturing operations, honing his skills in strategy development, operational efficiency, and team management.

Jeremy Heppell, Finance Director
Jeremy has been working with Steff Wright and Gusto Group since graduating from university. He is passionate about finance and enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his football team, Nottingham Forest, outside of work.

Overseeing speculative new ventures including Newark and Sherwood United Football Club and Collab virtual events. Outside of work, Jed enjoys music and art as his passions.

Terrie Nicholson, Payroll and Accounts
Terrie landed her ideal role in payroll and accounts following a varied career of catering and computer business ownership. She is an ardent NUFC fan for her sins.
